The Sustained Collaboration Fund is open for applications all year round. Organizations may submit applications for an Exploratory, Planning or Implementation grant through the NSI grant portal.

Executive Transition Fund
The Executive Transition Fund is currently a cohort-based funding model. NSI is partnering with Coro California to launch Cohort 4. Applications for the 2026-2027 Cohort are open until December 18, 2025.
