I help people in organizations work better together and navigate change. I believe in the power of collective decision-making to affect positive social change. My approach is to listen, learn, advise and coach.

Over 35 years experience working both in and for diverse and inclusive organizations committed to social justice values and practices including 7 years in Mayor Tom Bradley’s administration and 6 years at The California Endowment.

My ideal engagement is as an Interim CEO/ED. However, I’m equally comfortable with Organizational Assessment, Coordinating the Search process, and Coaching the outgoing and/or incoming CEO.

I have been involved with executive transitions not only as a consultant, but as a board member as well as the staff person on point for managing the search process (TCE and LA Human Relations Commission).
