The core of our practice is the belief that best practices for society should be rooted in equitable principles that create an environment of safety and belonging for all. All our practices are rooted in these principles.

Client presents a challenge and we work together to craft a path to a solution. Through several engagements where we work on identifying the tools, teachings, and processes necessary to help the client achieve their desired outcome. The conclusion is clear when the client has the ability to move forward with both tools and advanced understanding that helps them progress.

How many strategic restructuring projects have you or your firm been involved with?

Many of our consultants have played active roles in strategic consulting and the CEO of the firm has experience in strategic restructuring projects from various perspectives including as a consultant, a strategist, and a CEO.

We charge $250/hour plus travel. All staff are included in that rate.
