At SVP, we help entities ground their sustained collaboration in values of diversity, equity, and inclusion by centering clarity, trust, and purposeful alignment. At Sustainable Vision Partners LLC, our ideal engagements support organizations and collaboratives that are ready to strengthen alignment, clarify priorities, and move forward together in purposeful and coordinated ways. We partner with entities pursuing shared initiatives, public-private partnerships, multi-organization collaborations, and related collective work. Our work is both dynamic and process driven, incorporating assessments, strategic design, facilitation, collaborative planning, and targeted trainings, as needed. We are especially drawn to partners who value equity, shared purpose, and long-term impact, and who are committed to building the structures and relationships that support sustained, meaningful change.

How many strategic restructuring projects have you or your firm been involved with?

Sustainable Vision Partners LLC builds on the extensive sustained-collaboration experience of its founder, who has guided multiple large scale, cross-sector initiatives. This includes coordinating more than 100 partners as President and CEO of the South Los Angeles Transit Empowerment Zone (SLATE-Z) on efforts involving workforce development, education, climate resilience, and small business support; leading 18 organizations to secure funding for and launch the South LA Eco-Lab, focused on climate justice and economic mobility; and helping to form and lead the Foster Together Network, which united philanthropic, governmental, faith-based, and community partners to strengthen supports for children and families. She has also supported additional collective impact and multi-organization collaborations across systems change, economic mobility, community resilience, and related issue areas. These efforts reflect deep, long-term experience in building durable structures for shared action and sustained alignment.

Briefly describe 1-3 examples of restructuring projects with which you have been involved. Please name all participating organizations. (Please prioritize NSI-funded and/or LA-based organizations).

Collaborative Design and Launch – South LA Eco-Lab
Participating Organizations: GRID Alternatives, Los Angeles Neighborhood Land Trust, Strategic Concepts in Organizing and Policy Education, the South Los Angeles Transit Empowerment Zone, TreePeople, LA Metro, and additional local nonprofit and government partners (18 organizations total).
SVP’s founder coordinated and led 18 organizations through the design, funding, and launch of the South LA Eco-Lab, a collaboration focused on climate justice, green workforce pipelines, clean energy access, and economic mobility. This work included establishing shared priorities, aligning organizational efforts, building cross-partner structures, and developing a collective implementation strategy to support sustained collaboration.
Final Outcome: Successful joint development and launch of the South LA Eco-Lab, funded through a major state climate grant ($35M in state funding leveraged against $24.6M in other resources) and governed by a multi-partner collaborative structure.
