Executive Transition Fund
Participation in the Program
Cohort participant organizations are awarded transition planning and implementation grants totaling $100,000. Peer groups within the cohort convene regularly for peer support, exchange of resources, and to connect with guest speakers. Funds are applied towards comprehensive transition plans that may include board development and implicit bias training, coaching for an outgoing leader, transition planning and preparation, board consultation, organizational assessment, interim leadership, recruitment, executive coaching and onboarding, staff development, events, and strategic communication expenses.
