Grant Reporting Requirements
In place of grant reports, the NSI has a series of surveys that grantee partners are required to complete at various stages of their process:
If your organization has been awarded an NSI exploratory grant, you are required to complete the Pre-Exploration Survey as part of your grant award:
A sample survey is available for review prior to beginning the survey.
Surveys must be completed by each NSI grantee partner, not just lead agency.

If your organization has implemented a sustained collaboration agreement with NSI exploratory or implementation funding, you are required to complete a 2 Year Post-Implementation survey.
Surveys must be completed two years after beginning implementation of a sustained collaboration agreement.
